One of my favorite verses reminds me that God is in control of everything and I listen to His call, so here I am as the new Administrative Assistant. I have served many roles at my own parish of St. James Catholic Church in Gouverneur. I have served as St. James School principal, teacher, parent, and volunteer. I am currently the Advancement Director of St. James School, responsible for fundraising, enrollment, and tuition management. I am active in the Education Council, Parish Council and Finance Committee. I was baptized in the St. James Catholic Church and have received all of my sacraments there. I serve as a Eucharistic minister and lector at our masses.
I enjoy spending time with my family and attending my youngest daughters, sporting and school events. I am active in the community and volunteer with several organizations. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Gouverneur Breast and Ovarian Cancer Fund, having stepped into my mother’s role at the time of her passing of ovarian cancer. I am a member of the Gouverneur District Shared Decision Making Team. I am a dedicated and faithful person and am delighted to share my time and talent in this new role.
